演講簡介：As the English language becomes more and more established as the language of communication, the need for high standards for student linguistic proficiency has increased.  This naturally puts pressure on language teachers to improve their teaching skills in order to serve these learning needs.  It has been proven that teaching language in the target language is one of the most effective ways to get the results required.  But, what does teaching English in English mean?  Can a teacher with limited English language proficiency teach the language effectively?  How does student affect interfere with target language instruction effectiveness?  This workshop will strive to address this issue and its relevance to language teachers today.
